Biography:
After having been a landscaper, worm farmer, short-order cook, hitchhiker and adult educator, I have now been a member of the Mt. Abraham faculty for 30 years. I have taught middle school, ninth grade, Advanced Placement and Virtual Highschool on-line courses. The biggest question that has been raised in my mind from a career in social studies is, “What is progress- a longer life, more things, more happiness, deeper awareness?” I try to impress upon my students the beautiful and intricate web of interconnectivity that is our existence – that we make the world and the world makes us.
